Suspicious Person Checklist

If you see someone behaving suspiciously, take a note of the following details:

• Gender

• Ethnic appearance

• Skin colour / complexion

• Height, build, age

• Hair colour / length / style

• Eye colour / glasses

• Face shape (long, thin, round)

• Features (clean shaven, moustache, beard)

• Identifying marks (scars, tattoos)

• Mouth (narrow, wide)

• Dress (clothing, jewellery)

• Mannerisms/characteristics (limp, twitch)

• Voice / speech /accent

Write it all down with the time and date of the incident. Remember the more information you give, the more change the offender will be caught.
